“At Spartaco's Kitchen, we offer a slightly different approach than the usual - and sometimes overused - Italian cuisine! Originally from Rimini in the Emilia Romagna region, we strongly believe that Tampa is ready for a more regional & authentic type of Italian food. Blessed by the east with the Adriatic Sea, and by a mere 30-45 minutes of hills & low mountains on the west, all that translates into great seafood like calamari, shrimp, scallops, clams, mussels, and much more. But also, luckily, with pork, beef, wild boar, venison, and also porcini mushrooms, white & black truffle, great olive oil, balsamic vinegar, etc. All, of course, combined with great homemade pasta & sauce! Run by all family members, we will strive to provide original recipes, products, sauces from our area, and vicinity! All together with our touch and an eye for our great followers & well-known customers. We hope to see you soon to explore and experience a slice of Rimini, and the Emilia Romagna region!"
